NIGHT LIGHTING INSPECTOR/NIGHTWATCH
 

Description: National lighting, electrical and sign maintenance company is seeking Nightwatch personnel for the Palm Beach County Area.

Responsibilities include: Visit client sites, once a month to report lighting outages on poles, buildings, signs, etc. and record information on appropriate forms. Flexible evening hours.

Starting salary is $5.00 per stop Requirements:  Requires use of personal vehicle - must have proof of valid insurance, registration and drivers license. Applicants must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.

BILLING DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Description: National lighting, electrical and sign maintenance company is seeking an administrator for their corporate billing department. This person will need to be highly organized, able to process large amounts of paperwork efficiently everyday and be motivated to learn as there is a lot of room for advancement within the corporate office.

Requirements: Job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, breakdown of all invoices generated daily for mailing to customers, filing of all timesheets and company back-up of invoices and pulling of any back-up requested.  Prefer someone who is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

PURCHASING AGENT

Description: Fast Growing Electrical Distributor in Pompano Beach, specializing in Commercial/Industrial lighting is seaching for an experienced Parts Manager/Purchasing Agent to act as a right hand to the President of the company.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to, sourcing and purchasing electrical, lighting and signage parts, managing the day to day operations and inside sales. Knowledge of drop shipping a PLUS. Good computer skills preferred - Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks.  Potential candidates MUST have experience in electrical/industrial lighting industry.  Salary commensurate with experience.

SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Potential candidates must possess the following skills and experience: Multi-tasker and great organizational skills Excellent Computer Skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook Ability to compose sales quotes and create sales presentations Coordinate Travel and Trade Show Details (must have experience coordinating trade show exhibition) Attend Trade Shows as required - light travel Customer Service Oriented

Service Manager

Description: Service Manager  will assist with the daily management of the branch including the activity of the service department, hiring, discipline, training, conducting reviews, and termination decisions. Manage all aspects of branch service business including Inspections, service calls, fleet maintenance etc. utilizing in-house labor or subcontractors. This includes (but is not limited to) surveys, route development and maintenance, scheduling, ordering of material and special equipment (if necessary) managing of recycling, job site inspections, progress reports (internal and external), dispatching emergency on-call service, and to maintain productivity levels to insure profitability.

Also assist with hiring and training of Electric Service Technicians and Lighting Service Technicians (Indoor and Outdoor). This individual is also responsible for timely and accurate completion of all internal and external reporting in relation to this Service Business. Also responsible for in regards to all vehicles used for this Service Business in the branch.

Review time sheets and work orders to ensure accuracy and confirm levels of productivity. Perform site surveys (Quality Assurance) and generate cost proposals and quotes as required. Analyze service contracts for effective scheduling and/or routing. Coordinate purchasing needs and follow-up on completion of all jobs. Review job sites for quality of work and perform on-site trouble-shooting as may be required. Also assist with directing maintenance of facilities, service fleet, and warehouse/purchasing.

Service Technicians, Sign Technicians & Electricians

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must have High School Diploma or equivalent (prefer some college courses in Business Management). Three to four years of previous lighting/electrical experience required and previous supervisory or management experience in a Service Related Business a plus. Previous experience in working with subcontractors preferred. Electrical license or Journeyman level electrician preferred, but not required. Must possess strong organizational and communication skills. Should also possess good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Timberline).
